Q. Are WoodyGlass frames prescription ready?
A. We have had a few customers who have reportedly put prescriptions lenses in our frames. However, we do not recommend trying to put prescription lenses in the frames and as such, our frames are not prescription ready. If you feel that you’d like to put prescription lenses in our frames, let us know how it works, but we can not warranty against misuse.
Q. Does WoodyGlass ship internationally?
A. Yes! we currently ship to the UK, Japan, Italy, Indonesia, Germany, France, Canada and Australia. If you do not see your country listed, shoot us an email to Support@WoodyGlass.com and we will set up shipping to your specific country.
Q. How long does international shipping take?
A. All in-stock orders typically ship within 24 hours. International shipping can sometimes be held up by customs of the specific country. Sometimes shipping can take between 2-4 weeks (however this is the exception and not the rule). If you feel your package has been stalled in shipping or lost, let us know at Support@WoodyGlass.com and we will help correct the shipping issue.
Q. Do you ship to APO’s?
Q. When will my order ship?
A. If your order is in stock we will ship out your order within 24 hours. If a particular model is in backorder we will ship out the model when we receive it. For multiple models (with one being in backorder) we will group them together and ship them out together unless requested otherwise by you.
Q. Do you sell locally?
A. Currently We only sell WoodyGlass Online. We are located in Fort Worth, Texas. If you happen to be in the area, shoot us an email and we will do our best to help you out! We are constantly looking for new retail partners, if you or someone you know is interested in selling WoodyGlass at a retail location, contact us at Support@WoodyGlass.com to discuss retail partnerships.

Q. I don’t have a PayPal account, can I pay with a credit/debit card?
A. No PayPal account? No Worries! You can check out just using your credit/debit card.
