WoodyGlass Sunglasses are shipped on the 1st of every month. If you signed up before 5pm CST on the 15th of the month, your WoodyGlass Sunglasses will ship 1st of the next month. If you signup after 5pm CST on the 15th, your first pair of WoodyGlass will be shipped the 1st of the following month.
(Ex. Anna signs up for a WoodyGlass membership on May 13th, she will receive her first pair June 1st. Henry signs up for his WoodyGlass membership on May 25th, his first pair will arrive July 1st.)[/accordion_item][accordion_item title=”When Will I Be Billed For My Membership?”]You will be billed the day you signup for your membership and then billed on that date every time your membership renews monthly thereafter.
ex. If you sign up May 11th, your membership will automatically renew June 11th and every month on the eleventh thereafter.[/accordion_item][accordion_item title=”Where Does WoodyGlass Ship To?”]We ship to all the contiguous United States. We do not ship to any other country at this time.
Your pair of WoodyGlass ships on the 1st of the month and usually take approximately 2 – 4 business days for you to receive.[/accordion_item][accordion_item title=”How Do I Update My Shipping or Billing Information?”]That’s easy! Simply send us an email to Support@woodyglass.com to update your Shipping or Billing information and we’d be more than happy to update the information for you. Any changes made after the 1st of the month will be updated for the following month’s shipment.[/accordion_item][accordion_item title=”How Do I Cancel My Membership?”]We hate to see you go. If there is any way that we can change your mind please let us know. Our goal is to keep you happy and if there is a way we can do that we’d love the opportunity.
